KIDS HOLIDAY CLASS - Ages 10+
This workshop offers an introduction to spray-painting through pre-cut stencils. This workshop involves a street art demonstration and the opportunity for kids to create an art piece from a collection of fantastic pre-cut stencils. Each young person will learn the best technique to spray-paint a stencil; They will build their own composition through layering and get to take home their beautiful canvas at the end!
Workshop Outcome:
Every participant will leave with an understanding of composition and stencils, as well as their finished artwork to take home.
Participants will learn basic spraypaint skills which can be applied to a range of projects. This is a great prerequisite to our 2hr Stencil workshop or Freehand Spraypainting Workshop!
What's included:
The workshop includes a professional street art demonstration from one of Melbourne’s most prolific street artists. We will also provide you with all materials including spray paint, pre-cut stencils, safety equipment (gloves, mask, aprons) etc. Every participant also gets their own canvas to paint and take home.
